Hi everyone,

After eight rough hours of moving SHS and everything in it to another server, I’m finally done.

At the same time, I also wish to announce my retirement as administrator and owner of Spellhold Studios. It’s been one hell of a ride during this time I’ve been in charge of SHS, but I feel I no longer can remain as an administrator with good conscience. I barely have time to check the forums these days, and doing so has started to feel like a burden. Keeping SHS running became an obligation, instead of hobby, and that’s why I’m now leaving my position here - to move on to other things.

My successor in my position will be a new name to the SHS staff, although maybe not to the community. Please welcome K’aeloree, also known as Liam (as is his real name), as new owner of SHS. He’s got all the passwords now, and I just pushed the SHS domains to him. I’m absolutely sure that he’ll do a great job in my place, and he’s the only person I considered for the role. He was and still is my own choice.

I won’t disappear forever, though. I’ll be around, both on the forums and on #spellhold. After all - I still have Khadion to finish. The difference will be that I’m finally able to visit beacuse I want to, not because I feel obliged to.
